Expert bankruptcy personnel are sought to research bankruptcy laws and to become proficient with the exemptions of each state plus certain local court rules of the 94 US bankruptcy districts. Additional duties will encompass reviewing and improving our bankruptcy software application. Paralegals and legal research professionals are welcome.
